Consultations
A vital part of achieving our mission statement goal is to know exactly what the local population expects from the services provided by Venue Management at the Town Hall. This is achieved in two ways:
- Annual consultations with regular users of the Town Hall who attend the weekly tea dance.
- Consultation with local residents through surveys conducted in the town centre.
The results of these consultations are developed into a strategy to ensure that Venue Management is delivering a service that meets the needs of the local population. It is this attention to detail which allows Venue Management to be extremely proactive in responding to customer needs.
