Pilates is an exercise regime that is slow and controlled. It will improve posture, strengthen and tone all muscles (especially the stomach and spine) increase flexibility and leave you calm and refreshed at the end of each session.
Men and women welcome.

Join us for a tour of the magnificent Town Hall.
- See the splendour of the Marble staircase
- Search for the devils head
- Learn of the Town's place in history through the splendour of the stained glass
- Admire the wooden carvings inspired by the work of Grinling Gibbons
- Thrill to the sound of the mighty Wurlitzer Organ
- A cup of complimentary Tea/coffee is included.
Tours take place at 10am, 12 noon and 2pm and last approximately 1 hour.
Places are limited to 25 per tour. Please call 0161 474 3451 to book a placve.
Those attending the tour will receive a complimentary limited edition Centenary postcard and a tour guide.
