Described by the Poet Laureate Sir John Betjeman as 'magnificent', the Town Hall ballroom is a beautiful and characteristic venue seating up to 450 people.

Dinner Dance Packages

Based on a minimum of 150 people attending a 5 hour event

  • Three course meal plus coffee from £31.95 per person
  • Four course meal plus coffee from £35.50 per person

Table decorations are included in both packages

The price includes:

  • Fully fitted PA system with purpose built stage
  • CD, tape and mini disk system
  • Portable stage extension
  • Flexible room layout
  • Secure car parking at the Town Hall after 6pm for a nominal charge
  • Large back projected audio screen (additional cost)

Venue Management are able to offer alternative room hire and catering arrangements to accommodate your event.

The ballroom can be hired from £985.00 for a 5 hour let with buffets starting at £6.50 per head. The Venue Management Events Team would be happy to discuss your requirements.

Please note all prices are subject to increase on 1 April each year.
