Tickets for all events, unless otherwise stated, can be booked via the Town Hall Box Office.

In person

• Town Hall Reception (Edward Street) is open for bookings between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday - Friday
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque or debit/credit card
• The Town Hall do not charge a booking fee

By phone

• To book by phone please call the Box Office on 0845 8330973 (open 8.30am-8.30pm Monday-Friday)
• Payment can be made by debit/credit card - booking fee of 50p will be charged

We would be happy to post your tickets to you up to one week prior to the event for a small charge.

• During some performances, late arrivals will not be permitted entry until the interval
• Car parking for certain events is available at the Town Hall - there is a charge of 50p per car
• The venue has disabled access from Lacy Street and dedicated parking spaces
• Please note all prices are subject to increase on 1 April each year.
